Illinois Swimming Clinic: Dual Meet Special

Join us for a special free Illini Swimming Clinic following the Illini’s dual meet against Iowa and Nebraska! This unique experience is designed to bring young swimmers closer to the sport by combining high-level competition with hands-on instruction from the entire Illinois Swimming team.

Participants will first attend and cheer on the Illini during the dual meet: getting an up close look at what Division I swimming looks like. Immediately after the meet, swimmers will head to the pool deck for a fun, fast paced clinic led by Illini athletes.

Swimmers will be broken into small groups by age, ensuring personalized instruction and an encouraging environment for all experience levels. The clinic will focus on technique, while keeping the energy high with relay races, team challenges, and interactive games.

This clinic is perfect for swimmers ages 6–15 who want to learn from collegiate athletes, feel inspired by live competition, and experience the Illini swimming culture firsthand.

Important: Attendance at the dual meet is required to participate in the clinic.
